Vacuum Unit

The Vacuum unit VMK752 is used to generate the vacuum needed for evisceration of the fish (HGT). The unit is, via a pipe system, connected to VMK16 Head & Tail Cutting Unit, equipped with a M64 vacuum nozzle.
The unit consists of a vacuum tank and a vacuum pump. The vacuum tank is provided with a lid for easy cleaning access, sensors for monitoring the level in the tank and a waste pump for automatic emptying of the vacuum tank (without interrupting the production).
To generate vacuum, the 752 Unit can be equipped with either a fan vacuum unit or a liquid-ring pump unit. For a single-line setup, a fan vacuum unit is sufficient; however, for multiple lines, a liquid-ring pump unit is required. The liquid-ring pump is available in various capacities to accommodate the number of processing lines.
