VMK23
The VMK23 is a vision system designed to fully automate and optimize the fish processing line. With our trained AI model it visually inspects and classifies fish with high accuracy, ensuring correct orientation and quality before processing.
The system can be retrofitted to existing VMK Fish Processing Lines. With the VMK23 unit installed, a single operator can manage multiple processing lines simultaneously.

Output
If the VMK23 unit finds bycatch or damaged fish they are removed while incorrectly oriented fish are returned for reprocessing.
