Head & Tail Cutting Unit

VMK16

The VMK16 Head & Tail Cutting Unit is designed to accurately and efficiently remove
both the head and tail of the fish. Fish pockets transport each fish to a precision measuring device that adjusts the head and tail cuts according to the size of each individual fish, ensuring optimal yield.

It can operate as a standalone unit with the M24 Manual Infeed Table or be fed automatically via the VMK31 Automatic Feeder. For fillet processing, the VMK11 Filleting Unit must be connected to the VMK16 unit.
